GBS and fluids

I find it so frustrating and worrying to try to figured out when be concerned about fluids/leakage. I know it’s common to have wetness down there often it’s hard to know if it’s just normal wetness or leakage of fluids... being GBS positive I have to be extra conscious of it. Dr checked fluid today and said there was not amniotic fluid but I’m still so leaky!!

Anyone else feeling the same way or have advice on paying attention to fluid/leakage?
