Exclusive pumping
My exclusive pumping journey is coming to an end. I was pumping 7x a day and am now down to 2/3. I am still getting super full and even pumping to relieve myself is producing around 5 ounces. Does anyone have any tips/ tricks to wean off sooner? My LO is exclusively on formula due to an allergy and I would love to be done with logging around my pump everywhere.
