Cold sore with a newborn

This was the worst time for me to get a cold sore.. I got one the other day and this morning another one popped up on my bottom lip.. I’m so frustrated and scared because I don’t want my baby to get it.. she’s three weeks old tomorrow and I’m a nervous wreck.. I wash my hands 24/7 but when she gets fussy she likes to swing her arms and hands and I’m scared she’s going to touch it.. whyyyyyyyyyyy.. what can I do
