Body almost feels in shock
So yesterday I had a check up appointment with my ob. My urine was normal and showed hydration, but my 23 weeker and 5 days is still only in the 18th percentile. After the Dr appointment I got mild cramps or tbh they felt like muscle aches so I wrote it off up until I got my daughter from school and got home and felt like when I moved my butthole felt like it was falling out and to pee felt like my bladder was going to burst out of my vagina. Oh and my belly was tender to touch. I wrote it all off on having a busy day and went to bed around 11:30 I tossed and turned all night, got hot then got cold couldn't get comfortable in any position but whatever it's part of pregnancy I have two other children ill push through it I thought. Until today after taking my daughter to school to come home I felt as if my body was shutting down. I made my youngest breakfast fed her the best of my ability and went to sleep with her. We slept till 12:43! We never sleep in that long. I got up when I saw how late it was and tried getting a shower which took me over an hour because my body just wouldn't manage to move even though I kept saying I gotta get ready I got push through. I'm currently sitting in the chair waiting for 3 to come to go pick up my oldest. I forced myself to change diapers and get my youngest ready. Thank God her juice cup was made from last night so I grabbed it have it gave to her with a peanut butter sandwich and I just feel like going back to bed to be comfy and try to rest. My stomach is hard as a rock and I'm getting short on breath. I didn't even wanna brush my teeth so I washed my mouth with mouth wash and said good enough. My makeup is still caked from yesterday and I have no desire to get back up until 3 to leave. I need your help. Should I call my Dr or just wait for husband to come home and ask him for some help. Here's a pic of my 3rd baby girl from yesterday
