Nervous!!

I am currently 6w3d, I’m unable to go to my doctors until the 12th of November where I’ll be 9w1d - and that is just to confirm my pregnancy. I am so nervous because I literally have no symptoms at all, only thing is sore-ish boobs. I have been cramping pretty much since 4dpo some days my back and stomach are so crampy and sore! I’ve had 3 seperate days where I’ve had brown discharge, one where it half covered the liner I had in my underwear and the other 2 days it was only every time I went to the toilet and wiped.

I’m just so nervous I want everything to be ok!
