Boyfriend staying over at his best friend -girls houses.

Would you be okay with letting your boyfriend guy you are married to sleep over at friends of the opposite gender houses because they are friends.. I dont know if this is normal or i am just being insecure for feeling uncomfortable with it. He says it's okay if i do so, no questions asked and wants the same in return.
