HORRIBLE CRAMPS PCOS HELPPPPPP

Hey ladies, long time no post.

I’ve been off the fertility meds since April and have just been taking progesterone for 5 days every month to start a cycle. I think I’ve maybe ovulated 2/6 months without the fertility meds if that (no tracking just based off of CM and cramping patterns).

Well everything has been fairly status quo.

Until today.

I’m on day 4/5 provera/progesterone (CD 21/28-30) and I am experiencing like THE WORST cramping I have had in a long time. It’s just the one right side, super localized to my ovary area (how I usually feel mittlezchmertz vs period cramps which feel like a dull all over ache).

I guess I’m just dumbfounded and am wondering if anyone has experienced this with prolonged use of provera? Or if maybe I’m implanting?! I’m trying not to get my hopes up bc what a fucking wild ride to pregnancy if it really is happening. But I dunno. Maybe I’m ovulating late? I had mittleschmertz this month from CD 15-18 so I DUNNO!

Any helpful words would be nice. We tried 15 cycles of fertility meds and nothin. Sigh. I’m pretty convinced I’m just symptom spotting.
