Is this a thing ?

So Today I am 11 dpo . I tested this morning about 11am and it looked pretty negative to me but at the same time I believe I have line eyes only because I desperately want it to be positive . But besides that , I woke this morning extremely nauseous Like I felt the need to throw up & coincidentally my husband woke up not feeling as well either saying he had to throw up . So I go on bout my day and I’m crampy & constipated . Well about 2-3 hours ago . My throat started feeling really really scratchy like I’m gonna have a sore throat in the morning . Is that a common symptom of early pregnancy or no ? Just want some feedback .
