Ttc husband is paraplegic

Hi

Just wanted to see if anyone was in my boat. My husband and I are ttc and the odds are so against us. He’s paralyzed from the chest down but everything works downstairs somehow. He even knows/ feels when he cums (so crazy right!?) been trying for almost a year with no luck. Is there anyone here who has a similar situation and had a successful pregnancy without ivf? Is there any possibility of this happening naturally or do I just give up on the idea?? Losing hope fast 😔
