This is our first month TTC conceive! I hope we did it enough! Any thoughts?

Having sex everyday can low his sperm quality. Just something to keep in mind.

IF your partner has low sperm count, do every other day. IF NOT, then you’re fine. Just aim for 24 hours in between to help get quantity and quality back up. Good luck!!

Although that might lower the sperm count everyone is different. Having sex everyday that might benefit you but not benefit others
