When did you start buying diapers for baby?

I bought two small packs in my final couple weeks. I did not stock up on diapers. You never know what sizes you will need and for long.

I opened a baby bank account and we stocked up money instead of diapers.

Bough a pack of different ones to try out. With my oldest some diapers would work brilliantly, others was just horrible. And some smelled so horrible that I will never buy them again unless a crisis (Pampers).

Didn’t need to buy any for a while because got a bunch from my baby shower.

I got tons from my baby shower so I got to experiment and see which worked for my baby and which ones we didn’t like. I didn’t need to buy any until we decided which ones worked best and we ran out of them. I don’t suggest stocking up on one kind. Buy the small packs until you know what you like. You will find that you will actually have a preference and what works best for your baby.

I got lucky and after I went to the gyno to confirm my pregnancy I stopped at toys r us, they were going out of business and diapers were dirt cheap. I literally packed my entire car with diapers. Then I kept going anytime I found a good sale
