Motivation!
I am currently 226 lbs. I would like to be 190 by the end of january. That's not my goal weight, but I feel like it would be better to set small goals for now. I saw a little change in weight from today and yesterday, so hopefully by the end of next week I'll see a little more. My goal weight is about 145, and I'm hoping to reach it by this time next year! I used to be this size, but since last year I've gained a LOT. I need some motivation to keep me on track! Tips on how to lose, or keep cravings away! Anything!
