Pregnancy symptoms?

I was on Nexplanon for 1yr and 9 months with no period. I had Nexplanon removed 18 days ago (10/07/2019) and didn’t receive a period. My friend was in the same situation but realized after a month off birth control, she was pregnant. I’m having tingling/stinging breasts, starving at night even after I ate a meal, nausea during the day, and two days ago I felt a fast sharp feeling in my cervix twice. Also, I could feel slight cramping in the right side of my ovary. Has anyone experienced these symptoms? Could I be pregnant?
