Bad dreams, Sex and PCOS

I have PCOS and it hurts me quite a lot, physically. I am considering never getting pregnant. It would be too much. I have been having bad, scary and stressful dreams when my period is about to start, waking up sweating profusely. I get hot flashes during the day too. These things must be connected I feel. Does anyone have similar experiences? I have also had a loss of my sex drive the last 2 months or so, making me feel worse. I am not on any medication.
