Sleep paralysis
Okay so lately (past couple months) I have been experiencing waves of sleep paralysis. It’s not too severe (touch wood!) but it’s bad enough to leave me shaken up. It almost always happens during day naps when I’m falling asleep and what happens is I dream for a tiny bit then wake up hearing things that were in my dream like for instance one time I was hearing music, and another time was talking. I hear this while my eyes are open and I’m unable to move looking around the room. I have hallucinated once too. Is this normal? How can I reduce the frequency too?
