False positives?

Just curious as to what could cause a false positive. I took a test and it came back positive. 2 tests actually. And all since then have been negative. I think I am also getting a uti or kidney infection. Could those cause a false?

False positives are not real. If you had positive ones then negative ones that means your pregnant and the negatives are wrong. Or it could mean you had an early miscarriage. That happened to me in the matter of 4 days 😔

Ive come to the conclusion it was a false. Ive done more research and utis can sometimes cause a false positive test. And I now have a full blown uti.

I had the exact same thing happen to me with the same tests. Went to the doctor, and my urine test also had a faint line. Took a blood test after the doctor told me I was pregnant and it was negative. So heart breaking when you’re trying with no explanation of my this happened. I hope for you this is not a false positive and an actual real pregnancy!

Did you take them all in the same day? We're they with the same urine? If not how far apart were they taken?

Is your test expired? I got a false positive on an expired test. Also I have a friend with a hormone imbalance and she pulls a line in every test but they are not valid for her unless super strong. But seeing you got a couple positive then negative that’s odd
