Spotting at cycle day 21??? Help me aaa

I’m a natural worrier and only 16 so please don’t be too harsh, but last time I went to the bathroom and wiped it was brown with a reddish tint so that’s like really worrying...I’m one dpo and haven’t had sex since October 12th...I’m super nervous, could it be implantation bleeding??? What do I do????

Glow can’t tell you when you ovulate. You have to actually test for that. If you indeed are 1dpo, then it would be too early for implantation bleeding. It’s not abnormal to occasionally spot mid cycle. Wait until tour period is due, if you don’t get it take a test. Not gonna get too preach here, but if you aren’t using protection and bc I would recommend doing so in the future.
