Honestly beyond confused

Hey everyone!

I have five vvvf positive home pregnancy tests, but when I went to get a blood test it came back negative! I am at a loss because my fiancé and I weren’t trying for a child. I am unaware of whether or not I need to continue treating my body as I am, just incase the blood test is wrong. I also feel movement in my tummy (Assuming it is organs shifting), my main symptoms are rando cramps and gas(sorry). Has anyone else had issues with this? Did you trust home pregnancy tests or blood tests?
