When to count CD 1?
So I’m not sure when to mark my CD 1. Had sex at around 10:30 pm and when I went to the bathroom afterwards AF came and it was enough for a pad, but not a tampon. Would that be CD 1 or would the next full day be? Never had this happen before. Thanks!
