10 dpo

Last night I had this horrible nipple pain when I touch but that was only on my right side && today when I roll over in bed the same on the left nipple. Then I went to the bathroom and wipe it’s was clear/yellow discharge on the tissue and now I have cramps in my lower stomach for 2 min then it stop, I’m scared because the nipple really hurts like crazy TMI( I sleep naked) so when I put a shirt on it sting a little bit but any thought guys ?? Good sign for pregnancy or AF SYMPTOMS
