I just watched porn for the first time just to see what it was like bc I’d never watched anything before and now I feel gross? I didn’t even masturbate and I just feel nasty. I’m paranoid my parents will see my search history too (even though I was on incognito) and now I wish I hadn’t. Is this normal?

It seems like you have been effected by a lot of sex negative messages, and you don't feel that comfortable being sexual. There's no need to feel ashamed at all. You should probably work on accepting yourself and being comfortable with your sexuality.

But nobody wants to explain that to their parents, that's normal! 
I'm not ashamed, but I don't know how I'd ever tell my parents about things im into sexually. I guess I'd be like "i dunno, i like men?" Haha

It’s normal - not everyone likes porn and some of it is really gross. Don’t feel ashamed though. You tried something and it wasn’t for you. That’s totally ok.

You’re allowed to think it’s gross and you don’t have to push that feeling aside and train your brain to think otherwise. Ask yourself a few whys.  Why did you watch it? Why did you choose what you chose to watch? Why did it make you feel gross? NOT enjoying porn does NOT mean you’re uncomfortable with your sexuality. Not enjoying porn just means you’re uncomfortable observing someone else’s sexuality and there is nothing wrong with that.

Porn is not for everyone and a lot of porn is really gross. I prefer erotica of different kinds because they cater more to different demographics than porn does
