Help!

I stopped taking birth control pills 4 days into a new pack this month. Has anyone experienced breast tenderness 2 weeks after getting off the pill? I had a withdrawal bleeding for 2 day’s after being off the pill for a couple day’s. I’ve went off birth control before and never had so much tenderness in my breast. Also last Saturday I had cramping and lots of ewcm. Husband and I are ttc for our 3rd baby. Help me understand what is going on!
