Hi, I was supposed to be 8 weeks pregnant when I started bleeding. It started out as very light bleeding, not even having to change my pad really. And the blood stayed a dark brown color. Now, after a week of that...I’ve started heavily bleeding. Bright red blood, and dark clots about the size of a quarter. Not only that, but I’m having cramps something fierce. But they don’t feel like normal cramps, they feel like contractions that are coming about every 3 minutes. I’ve also noticed an odor today, I don’t know how to explain it but it’s very unpleasant. So I’ve basically been non stop bleeding for over a week now, and it all of a sudden got heavy and painful with a smell. This is my third miscarriage in a row. Should I be going to the ER? My OB told me on the 14th that my cervix was closed and she just saw old blood, and offered me the pill to help the miscarriage, which I declined. I haven’t even had my HCg levels checked again to make sure they’re going down properly.
