Implantation or???

Question

I'm 1 year post partum and yesterday I had maybe a nickles worth of very light pink spotting when I wiped and today I had maybe a bit less than dimes worth of very light brown spotting when I wiped. Haven't had a period or bleeding since birth?

Answer

Could be implantation bleeding, could be ovulation spotting or could be the start of your period.  It’s pretty hard to know if you haven’t had a period and been monitoring for ovulation.  If no period in the next few days, can take a test.
