Tired of being uncomfortable
I need workout tips and just advice in general!!
Over the past year and some change i’ve gained atleast 10+ pounds and i am unable to fit most of my jeans and clothing. I think that was the biggest wake up call i needed. I just haven’t been motivated to get back into the gym but i have to make a change now. I am now in the 180’s and this is the most i’ve ever been.
On top of that i’m short so all the weight goes straight to my stomach, thighs. But i only want to lose my stomach i actually have grown to like my thighs, hips and butt lol. What are some targeted workouts i could do?
Any help would be great
