Headache and fever 22 weeks

I have had a bad pressure headache for over 24 hours. I have some stiffness in my neck. I did feel dizzy at one point today and nauseous on and off. I tried taking 1 extra strength Tylenol at two points today and it did not help my headache.

I was just trying to sleep and then checked my temp and have a low fever 101.8 w ear thermometer. For over an hour now w a few chills here n there.

Wait til the morning or go to a busy er at 1 am or wait til the morning ?. Anyone have this experience?
