Deciding to go for #3

We have a 3yr old and a 16mth old, and hubby and I have started to talk about baby #3. He would like to try now, but I've just been offered a full time job at a company I've really wanted to work for so I don't think the time is right. On the flip side I'm 33 and have severe endometriosis so we were very lucky to fall pregnant twice before and I'm feeling a bit of pressure as my heart doesn't feel as though our family is complete. I've also had people tell me that 3 kids is a whole different ball game. Does anyone here have 3 and how to you find it? Was it a tough decision or am I thinking too much? It's midnight here and we all know that these important decisions are thought about in the middle of the night 🤦‍♀️
