Am I pregnant again?

Me and my husband experienced a miscarriage at 6 weeks about a month or 2 ago. Recently I feel like I'm getting back on the track of being pregnant again, I get a bit nausea every day and boobs have continued to hurt for days. My appetite has decreased and I'm a bit irritable. I know if I take a test right now it's going to be negative, does anyone else think I could be pregnant. Our miscarriage baby had given me 15+ negative tests, but we knew I had to be pregnant. I'm frustrated with this suspension.

In other words, am I pregnant or can my body want to be pregnant so bad that it makes up these symptoms?
