Progesterone testing

So this was my first round of Clomid and my doctor told me to go in on CD 21 for blood work to test my progesterone levels.

Tomorrow is day 21, but I didn’t get my peak opk until yesterday, day 19! Today, my temperature dropped and I’m hoping tomorrow, it rises (and stays up) to indicate successful ovulation.

My question is... will my progesterone levels be accurate/enough to indicate ovulation tomorrow or should I ask my doctor about pushing the blood draw back a few days? Thoughts/stories?
