Am I pregnant? Please reply!

So I’m really confused right now! This past week has been so crazy for my vagina. I had a UTI, got put on really strong antibiotics for it, & of course the antibiotics gave me a yeast infection & then I started my period!

But my period was SO different this cycle. It’s like I’ve been spotting the whole week & i barley had any cramps. & my boobs have been KILLING me, I mean like it’s hard to even lay on my stomach they hurt so bad. I’ve also been throwing up, but I assumed that’s from me not eating with the antibiotics.

When the doctor tested me for a UTI I kind of assumed that it was just show up on the test if I were to be pregnant too. Am I wrong? Is it a completely different test?

I just haven’t had my normal PMS symptoms & was maybe wondering if anyone else had similar symptoms & ended up pregnant. I know it’s possible to get your period while pregnant. But I was also just thinking this could be my period changing it’s course too
