Temp spike after ovulation?

Hi all! I was silly and decided to take a pregnancy test today even though I am only 6 dpo and knew it would come up negative most likely.

It came up negative and so naturally I was disappointed and am hoping that it is just way too early and that a pregnancy test wouldn’t be positive?

Also, I may be looking for signs where there aren’t any, but tracking my temp I notice it’s increasing even though ovulation was on the 21st. Could this be an increase due to fertilization?

I’m a realist and know I am probably just searching for signs but I’d like some input. Here is the bbt chart from fertility friend with the horizontal cover line. I took my temp around the same tome each day but just inputted it’s at different times (the temps are in degrees Celsius). It’s been a few months of trying and getting frustrated and worried my period is coming :(
