Question??

I've only had sex 4 times since my period ended, I haven't came to my fertile week(according to glow) but i have been having a headache for the past 3-4 days. I am starting to have to pee alot like almost every 30 mins. Or just the urge to pee. I feel slightly cramping. I have to use the bathroom to go number 2 more than twice a day for the past 2 days. What are these symptoms for??? I think I have a 30 day cycle and I'm on my cycle day 13. My cycles been ranging from 25-34 idk what my body is doing help??
