Timing EWCM and OPK
I know EWCM and ovulation should happen at the same time, but I always seem to have EWCM and “high” opk and then have dry CM and get my “peak”. Which would mean I ovulate even after that when my CM is dry. It’s so confusing! Anyone experience this? I don’t know what to follow CM or opk. I have the glow app and the Flo app and they had predicted my ovulation 4 days apart.
