If she works for her own business then no because that means she’s setting her own rate... but if she works for a larger company then I’d say yes.

We tip for all services. Cleaning lady, hair dresser, carpet cleaners, waiters, Starbucks, everywhere there is a tip jar. If people could get paid better by their employers then maybe we won’t have to tip but that day has not come.

I was a maid for a while. Definitely tip. They don’t get paid crap. Most the time we’d use the tips to go get lunch or fill up our gas tank. Don’t need to be crazy about the tip and if you can’t afford it don’t stress it either. It’s just nice

Nope, I only tip servers because they dont make a living wage. I think tipping everyone under the sun is ridiculous.

I’d tip if it was like an unusual day, like say my house only needed sweeped and dusted or something, like just the basic essentials, then I’d just do the usual pay, but if she had to clean up an extra mess or do something different I’d tip for her having to go out of her way.
