HELP- Threw up 30 minutes after taking the pill

Never had I thought I’d be going through this. I’m 7 weeks and decided to end my pregnancy for so many reasons. Ultimately it’s what’s best. Yesterday I took the first pill to stop the progress of the pregnancy, and waited 24hrs to take the second set of pills to begin something like a heavy period. This second set is suppose to make you nauseous, and I let it dissolve in my mouth for atleast 30 minutes(like instructed to) before drinking some water to make sure everything was swallowed. Then 5 minutes later, I felt sooo nauseous and threw up the water :( I called the clinic and they said it should have worked but I’m concerned because I feel so much better after throwing up, and it was literally 5 minutes after everything dissolved.

Has this happened to anyone? Should I be concerned?
