Is this is a easy way to tell your out ?

So I’m 6 dpo . But at 5 dpo I felt my af symptoms starting. Like my period boobs started getting bigger . But I felt them becoming sore then at 6 dpo they officially became sore. My back was hurting at 5dpo. So I know not to expect any symptoms until after implantation. Which wouldn’t occur until 6dpo or after. I pretty much felt ovulation so I don’t think it happened early . Because my af symptoms came kinda sorta early does that mean I’m out ?
