Anatomy scan done! How long for results?

Question

Anyone live in Canada? We have to wait for ultrasound tech to send pictures/measurements to radiologist at the local hospital and the radiologist will send the results to my midwife. I’ve asked my midwife to call as soon as she has the results as we had a Down syndrome scare and I want to know ASAP. So wondering when I can expect her call?

Canadian in Ontario. My anatomy scan was on Friday and my midwife followed up with me on Monday.  Sending you positive vibes that all will be well :)

I go to a dr. Here in the US in Ariz9na and I have my ultrasound followed immediately by an appt with my dr. So I only have to wait a few minutes plus the ultrasound tech told me everything looked good even though I don't think they're supposed to

I was told up to a week is what they say but the OB usually gets the results same day I just had mine today too in canada

Fellow Canadian here. The place we go to has a radiologist or two working. They're usually pretty fast, usually same day, but our anatomical took a couple days. Unfortunately not all good news so now we're waiting for a referral at a specialist. Here's hoping their extra special testing and scans show good news.

Fellow canadian here as well. I had to wait until my next doctors appointment to get results. Usually they are pretty good at calling you when there is something to be concerned about and wont wait to tell you, they usually will flag your results!

The place I go for my ultrasounds in Calgary has a doctor on staff so they do the ultrasound then the doctor reviews and tells you about 10 min later what the results are. It’s fantastic and they are so nice, they even give you a free picture at every ultrasound appointment. When I had my son I went through Canada diagnostic centre for all my ultrasounds and had to wait for every result and had to pay for pics each time.

for my first two it was 4 or 5 days

Fellow Canadian here. I'm going the traditional route with a dr. at a hospital, but I booked my follow-up with my OBGYN 6 days after my scan and she had my results.
Depends slightly on the relationship everyone has with each other. ie. If you are high risk at the hospital I attend your dr comes into the ultrasound with you. If you go to yhe clinic recommended, again results come in faster.
