So, I had a cervical exam yesterday to see how dialated I am. I'm 2cm dilated and 70% effaced. But I have been for 2 weeks now. I know spotting after a cervical exam is normal, but I didnt have it the other 2 times I had one. I had my apt at 2:30. Immediately after I lost another part of my mucus plug. I went for a walk around 8:30. At 10 I had some blood mixed with mucus. Is that considered normal spotting after a cervix check, or was it my bloody show?
