How cold will you be keeping your house at night after baby?

We keep our house at 68 during the day and turn it down to 63 at night. Is that too cold for the baby or will it be ok if I bundle him up?

My doc says 65-70 for babies.  They do better with cooler temps (and safer for sids)

We already have a 19 month old and our house is always set at 69°! The vent in our room is closed though so it’s a little cooler in our room!

Geeeeeez. Lol we keep ours at 68 all day. I’d be shivering at 63 myself 😂 
We will probably keep ours around 68-70 and baby will be in long sleeves and socks

68 at night is perfect! During the day it’s not as big of a deal because you can monitor baby’s skin for warmth and what not.

I think that would be fine. I will never be able to sleep again if we keep that house at 68 overnight. I was advised that the baby should have as many layers as you, plus one extra.

I don’t have an exact degree but I’ve heard to keep it at a comfortable temp for you. The baby will most likely be swaddled so that should keep them at the perfect temp.

We set it to 71 with #1. 
Our house has big windows and our bedroom is colder than the hallway (where the thermostat is) so we assumed it was 68-70 in our room.
