I’m 37&3 today. Last night me & my husband had sex. Afterwards I thought I had “the bloody show” but maybe it was just from having sex? I haven’t been having any contractions yet. Today Iv been feeling sick though. I have sulfur/egg burps & very nauseated. 
I posted this picture & people were saying bloody show but I forgot to mention we had sex before it happened.

It looks like bloody show to me. I personally never bled after 37 weeks unless it was bloody show then labor started within 12 hours it was already started.

Could definitely be your bloody show have you had any more spotting today? I would say best thing would be to give a call to your ob
