Possible discrimination?

Lois

So since Halloween is coming up soon, my highschool is allowing people to dress up. One problem, in the rules for dressing up they said no witchcraft. Would this be considered discrimination, I've talked to my art teacher and some other students who are interested in witchcraft, they said I should say something about it. But if I do stand up for myself I don't know how to go about it, any advice on this would be great❤️

(Edit: its a rural Kansas school with very close minded people, but in the handbook it says that they aren't allowed to discriminate against other religions)
