Pregnancy safe medicine

Normally I wouldn’t post this here but I have an OB who is a tad old fashioned and would prefer me not to take any medication whatsoever while I’m pregnant. However, my kids and husband were all sick with coughs and colds last week and now I have caught it. I’m so sick I can barely function at times and I was wondering if someone could tell me what cough/cold medicine I might be able to take
