My almost 4 week old is extremely congested - help!!

My son will be 4 weeks old tomorrow and the past couple of days he has been extremely congested. Yesterday morning he sneezed 4 times in a row and two huge booger’s cane out and he seemed to breathe better for most of the day, however , this morning he is congested again. His breathing is so noisy and he is even choking sometimes because it’s tough for him to breathe through the congestion. I have tried the snot suckers (his nostrils are too small) and running a humidifier... even taking him into the bathroom when a hot shower is running. I even took him to the public health clinic yesterday and the nurse simply said it’s normal and no way he can have a cold ... just told me it’s dry here and to run a humidifier.

Does anyone have any other suggestions that can help ease his congestion and breathe easier??? Thank you!
