When did you tell (or when do you plan to tell) your mom that you're pregnant?

I am 4 weeks today, just found out yesterday for sure that I'm pregnant. I'm dying to tell my mom! But Inalso really want to tell my whole family at the same time. My parents are going to be first-time grandparents so I really want to do something special. I live out of state and I'm going home for Christmas so I was thinking of surprising them then. I'll only be around 11 or 12 weeks at that time, so I probably wont be showing (I'm already super fat, so even if I am "showing" a little bit, they'll just think of been indulging a bit too much in holiday treats). Wondering what others have done in similar situations. Tell me your stories!

Omggg same. My tummy looks 4/5 months naturally. I'm gonna wait till christmas day to tell the family.

My mom and me are close but my grandmother and me are!! I told her as soon as I got home!

I live out of state so I just called my parents, separately even though they are still together.

I told my mom right away, but that also happened to be Christmas Eve! If I had found out up to a week before, I probably would have waited until Christmas to tell her.

So my mom and I are very close. She was a single mom and she is one of my best friends. 
We told her the day after we found out about our first pregnancy, that eventually ended in a miscarriage. 
We told her the day after again this time, and I'm almost 16 weeks along.

I found out about 2 weeks before my moms birthday so I told her on her birthday! I was about 6weeks along.

I told my parents almost right away, but they also live close by. If they didn’t, I would have definitely waited until I could see them so we could celebrate together in person.   Congrats!

I was 8 weeks around Mother’s Day so we waited until then to tell our parents. Good Mother’s Day present for the to-be grandmas
