Running during pregnancy?
Anyone else run during pregnancy? I listen to the docs and listen to my body and stop if I’m tired. I can’t run as far as before without taking a break as I use to be able to run 10-15 km. I’m only 5 1/2 weeks and find the only symptom I get afterward is a bit of nausea. Is this still okay? I haven’t spotted or anything? Also, I was heavily going to the gym a few months back. Would you say it’s okay to still go and do light weight lifting? I’m also a nurse so I lift heavy patients at work as well and turn them etc.
