Miscarriage of PGS normal embryo

Sh

Hi All,

I am hoping to get some feedback and positive experiences. Without going into details on why... we did 2 transfers with PGS tested embryos (but we didnt have the results until now)...

1st embryo (PGS: inconclusive)

- Positive betas but not viable per 5 1/2 week ultrasound and labs that day).. so chemical

2nd embryo (PGS: normal)

- miscarriage just past 7 weeks. (saw heartbeat and everything was progressing normally). I did have a very small hematoma... but that isnt necessarily the cause.. my clinic was not very concerned about it.

I have 2 embryos left - one normal and one inconclusive. We are trying to find out if we can get a second genetic test on the inconclusive.

What should we do now? Any tests we should ask for? Protocol changes? I do have PCOS and hashimoto's (my TSH levels have been fine), (also another autoimmune that shouldnt have any impact).

I am probably getting a second opinion before my next transfer... but want to have all my questions lined up.

Thanks!

Shannon
