Early pregnancy bleeding

Has anyone experienced bleeding (light, mainly spotting and when you wipe) through the first weeks of pregnancy and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy???

I'm only 4 weeks and very early days for me but I've been lightly bleeding since I found out. My tests are all still positive and can see an increase in my lines but still can't help thinking the worst and nothing I cant be scanned for another couple of weeks
