Bleeding 😕

Wondering if anyone’s been in same boat. Yesterday at work I started bleeding pretty heavily, exactly 6 weeks along. I called my fertility clinic and the nurse was pretty dismissive about it but I insisted coming in for another beta. Got the call that level was 18,000 and nurse was very happy with this level and said it’s most likely just a blood clot. She said to monitor the bleeding with a pad. When I got home there was still a lot of blood but I cleaned my self up, put on a pad and rested. There was only a slight bit of blood when I woke up and later that afternoon the bleeding picked up again and I past a pretty big clot (sorry tmi). The bleeding after has tapered off. Only a little when I wipe. I’m on 48 hrs of bed rest and no heavy lifting, sex, or coughing (not sure how to stop that but haven’t had any coughs to worry about yet). I’m wondering if the clot I past was it and it’s just remaining blood coming out now? Anyone else go through this? Terrifying experience. Ultrasound is Monday. I’m going to be super anxious until (hoping and praying) we hear little ones heart beat. I’m happy I insisted for the beta as it’s helped reassure me a little.
