TMI: Please Help Abnormal Blob

okay so first my boobs have been huge and so sensitive that it hurts to put on and take off a bra or move my boobs for past like week. then 2 days ago I got like crazy crazy bad cramping and was in BAD BAD pain and with my IUD that never happens hardly and i barely get a period. well i woke up in the middle of the night at like 3 when the day before was the terrible cramping and I bled like a whole bunch overnight and was in tons of pain. i bled really bad for like a day and then i had brown blood and tons of shedding and a couple clots when bleeding first starting. well i didn’t bleed today so i didn’t wear anything (like a tampon/pad/etc), i just went to bathroom and when i wiped there was a weird thing i have never seen and just want to know if anyone has experienced or knows

what it is?? i’m really weirded out bc the blob was kind of solid and didn’t separate or come apart when moving or squishing between tissue.
