Thoughts on Dock-a-Tot?

Been researching this thing. Do any of you have one, and if so, what do you think of it? Also how do you use it?

They're not made for unsupervised sleeping. They're also not made to technically go into other bassinets. So it's really your own choice. I don't think they're worth it since its just an overpriced lounger technically

girl don’t waste your $. babies do not care to sleep on that thing lol. trust me i was so close to obsessing over it but that’s how they get new mamas.

My local news just ran a story on these type sleepers. Theres been several deaths due to them. They arent regulated like cribs and playyards are, I didnt know that until I saw the segment last week. We opted not to get one.

I loved mine ! My twins each had one for naps and visits . They would sleep in it over night in a pack and play in our room! I recommend it to everyone!

We got one for traveling with my nephew a couple years ago. We put him between the beds in the dock a tot and he slept way better than trying to put him back in a pack n play or trying to have him share a bed.

Nope. Not worth the insane price and I’d be too wary of SIDS to let him even doze in one

We have one but my daughter sleeps the same. She loves to sleep on her side or belly, so the dock a tot wasn’t a good fit. 
I personally would not purchase again. It’s too pricey.

I don’t know... I’ve never had one but it seems to me like they would grow out of them real quick. Considering their going price ...I’d say it’s not worth it 
I used a bassinet for my little one and then it was the strollers bassinet for around the house ... or the swing.

A friend of friend of mine just lost her baby while sleeping in one.  There’s many people out there trying to get them off shelves!
